Delivery Policy
Welcome to CM ECO's Shipping Policy. We are dedicated to ensuring that your orders are delivered with care.
We deliver our products via courier (DHL e-Commerce) / dispatch service (Lalamove), which is chargeable to the customer.
Generally, we sale and ship the products in full carton to avoid potential contamination and maintain hygiene for the food packaging.
However, small quantities can be requested and will be fulfilled upon availability only.
Return & Exchange Policy
At CM ECO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
In any case of discrepancy with the products that you receive, please don't hesitate to reach out to us within 3 days of receipt and we will assist to rectify accordingly.
Further notifications will not be entertained.
It is also crucial that you confirm your order (product specs and quantity) before we deliver to you as we practice a strictly non-return policy to observe the abovementioned reasons.
